Comunicazione ai sensi dell’art. 65-decies comma 1, del Regolamento Consob n. 11971 del 14 maggio 1999 e successive modificazioni e come da Regime Transitorio disciplinato dalla Consob con delibera n. 16850 del 1° aprile 2009 

 COMUNICAZIONE STATO MEMBRO DI ORIGINE 

La Regione Autonoma Valle d’Aosta, in qualità di emittente valori mobiliari, comunica ai sensi e per gli effetti di cui all’art. 1 comma 1 lettera w-quater del decreto legislativo n. 58 del 1998 nonchè dell’art. 65-decies, del regolamento di attuazione concernente la disciplina degli emittenti, adottato con delibera Consob n. 11971 del 14 maggio 1999, e successivamente modificato, la scelta dell’Italia quale Stato membro di origine.  

Il presente comunicato è stato inoltrato alla CONSOB, ed è inoltre disponibile presso il sito dell’emittente www.regione.vda.it .

 NOTIFICATION OF MEMBER STATE OF ORIGIN

 The Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta, in the capacity of issuer of securities, notifies pursuant to and in accordance with art. 1 paragraph 1 of letter w-quater of the Legislative Decree no. 58 of 1998 as well as with art. 65-decies of the regulation for the implementation of the discipline applicable to issuers, adopted with Consob Resolution no. 11971 of 14 May 1999, and subsequent amendments, its choice of Italy asMember State of origin.

  This notification has been sent to CONSOB and is also available at the issuer’s website www.regione.vda.it .
